TunEdge Production Music Copyright

All music distributed by TunEdge is protected by the copyright laws of the United States of America, 

and requires written permission (license) from TunEdge for usage. A valid license from TunEdge 

grants you the right to both the recording (master) and the composition (musical copyright). 

This is known as the synchronization right.  While there is only a one-time fee for each production,  

any revision for the production, or release in a new format will require an additional license.

Performing rights licenses are usually the responsibility of the user.  In the case of broadcast, 

(radio, TV, cable, satellite, etc.), it is the responsibility of the broadcaster.  

Virtually, all broadcasters have negotiated licenses for these rights with the major performing 

rights organizations in the United States, ASCAP and BMI.

Furthermore, all material, logos music and copy 
				on the TunEdge website is copyright TunEdge Music
